By accessing or using ArtFlow ("the Service"), operated by ArtFlow Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArtFlow provides AI-powered tools for email marketing, landing page creation, social media management, chat automation, and related services. The Service includes web-based applications accessible at artflowpro.io, artflowmail.com, and artflow.website.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Send unsolicited messages (spam) through the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's own terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that may affect Service functionality.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email copy, landing page content, ad creatives, and other materials. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing or sending.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
