Contact Data: Email subscriber lists, social media contacts, and lead information you manage through the Service.

Payment Data: Billing information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.

4. Third-Party Platform Data

When you connect social media accounts, we access data through official platform APIs in compliance with each platform's developer policies. We only request permissions necessary for the features you use. Data received from third-party platforms is used solely to provide the Service and is not sold to third parties.

Instagram/Facebook: We access your profile info, pages, messages, and comments as authorized via Meta's Graph API. Data use complies with Meta's Platform Terms.

TikTok: We access your profile info, videos, comments, and direct messages as authorized via TikTok's API. Data use complies with TikTok's Developer Terms.

Other Platforms: X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest integrations follow similar patterns, accessing only data necessary for connected features.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and implement access controls to protect your information. OAuth tokens for connected platforms are stored securely and are only used to perform actions you authorize.
